Customer Issues
According to the site conditions and requirements of the State Grid Material Center, the customer clarified three key implementation points when landing the project: · Mobile robots can handle large weight; · Rapid deployment can be achieved without changing the existing environment of the material center; · Thirdly, it is ensured that mobile robots of different categories and manufacturers can collaborate with each other. Solutions
SJV-W1000 and SJV-W3000: super load, long endurance
In order to solve the problem of super-large load handling, due to the lack of suitable 3T load robots, the client chose to manufacture its own robot, and successfully manufactured the 3T super-large load jack-up handling robot SJV-W3000 based on the SRC controller of SEER Robotics.
In addition, SJV-W1000, a standard product of SEER Robotics SLAM Navigation Jacking-Robots, is also adopted to meet the demand of 1T load transportation.
SJV-W1000 and SJV-W3000 support various shelves recognition, easily identifying various shelves in the material center and accurately handling objects. Meanwhile, they contain large-capacity batteries, which can achieve up to 8H uninterrupted endurance to meet the continuous handling needs of the workshop.
Laser SLAM navigation: efficient, accurate and highly adaptable.
Based on the laser SLAM navigation technology researched and developed by SEER Robotics, SJV-W1000 and SJV-W3000 can directly use the Laser to build a map quickly, without human output and without the need for site modification, the robots can independently walk through the inspection process section and complete the fast and accurate jacking the pallets.
Even if the site production environment changes at a later stage, the robot can respond flexibly and adjust quickly, and can be deployed by scanning the laser map again, truly realizing efficient, flexible and trackless autonomous navigation to meet the needs of business upgrading.
Laser SLAM navigation not only eliminates the need to modify the on-site environment and shortens the delivery cycle, but also provides higher and more accurate navigation accuracy compared with other navigation methods. SEER Robotics can make the AMR achieve repeatability of ±5mm and docking accuracy of ±2mm through optimized algorithms.
Third, RDS: Cooperative Planning, Intelligent Dispatch
As the customer's deployment site integrates mobile robots and intelligent trucks from multiple vendors, how to ensure the coordination of these mobile robots from different vendors of different categories has become an important issue.
RDS becomes the key to the whole factory's scheduling. RDS completes the collection of the whole process information by docking with the on-site ERP system, analyzes through algorithms, and flexibly coordinates all the mobile robots in the factory to carry out the handling work, avoiding the waste of robot resources and safeguarding the safety of human and machine, so as to realize intelligent and lean manufacturing.
