Recently, SEER Robotics' laser SLAM small stacker intelligent forklift SFL-CDD14-CE has been successfully implemented at the Swedish Ljungby factory of Electrolux Professional Group, a globally renowned home appliance enterprise.

Electrolux, a century-old home appliance company headquartered in Sweden, focuses on providing high-quality professional equipment for various commercial customers, mainly covering fields such as kitchen equipment, cleaning equipment, and laundry equipment.

To achieve sustainable development goals, Electrolux has proposed higher production requirements and hopes to introduce intelligent robots to integrate with the factory's existing intelligent equipment and operational processes, achieving automation and unmanned operation in three major production processes.

SEER Robotics, in conjunction with European integrators, has created a customized intelligent logistics solution for them. Through the Unified Resource Dispatching System (RDS), six intelligent forklifts work orderly in three transportation lines, covering multiple processes from semi-finished to finished product transfer.

This solution replaces manual forklifts with intelligent ones, which not only greatly improves the efficiency of Electrolux's internal logistics and comprehensively reduces production costs, but also significantly enhances the overall safety factor of operations, accelerating the automation and intelligent construction of the factory.

Within the Electrolux factory, various sizes of non-standard pallets are distributed across different production links. Based on the fixed width of the fork teeth, in the most extreme cases, some pallets have only a 1CM gap on either side after accounting for the width of the fork teeth, posing a great challenge for the safe and effective forklifting of intelligent forklifts.

The extremely narrow forklift space not only tests the repeat positioning accuracy of a single vehicle but also the point consistency of multiple vehicles.

SEER Robotics' intelligent forklifts are equipped with AI algorithms, supporting adaptive recognition and forking based on deep learning models. The forklifts can easily recognize pallets of various sizes, solving the challenges of non-standard pallet recognition and handling on-site for customers.

Through integration with Electrolux's production and material management systems, RDS has enabled automation of the transportation processes for semi-finished and finished goods.

Relying on RDS, SEER Robotics has achieved synchronization between robot management and business production. The intelligent forklifts equipped with photoelectric detection devices can quickly detect the status of storage locations and transmit data to the business detection system in real-time through RDS. The system can automatically match production demands, generate transportation tasks, and intelligently plan the optimal operating paths for forklifts, thereby achieving automation of the production process.
