The customer coming on the scene is a core supplier in the field of private-network wireless communication in China. With the state-level Enterprise Technology Center and Industrial Design Center, our customer is well-known as a National High-tech Enterprise, a National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise, and a large-scale comprehensive electronic backbone enterprise having a history of 80+ years.
Customer Issues
1. The complex and dense AS/RS places a great burden on personnel. Furthermore, manual operations still have the risk of making mistakes besides the common low efficiency. 2. There is nearly no network available on the site, the bins are dense, the location reaching accuracy is high, and a 24h uninterrupted operation is required. Our customer is in urgent need of a smart warehouse transformation, to improve the intelligentization and informationization level of the warehouse, therefore enhancing the operating efficiency.

Operating procedures
1. Users place in-bound and out-bound orders through the MWMS.
2. After receiving the command, the picking robot carries out the in-bound & out-bound circulation between the warehouse and transfer lines.
3. The MWMS carries out bin location management, real-time PC order placing → WMS → location selecting → vehicle dispatching → in-bound & out-bound executing and recording

1. This laser SLAM-based picking robot can realize a real trackless autonomous navigation. Without changing the warehouse condition, the robot can move automatically and carry out intelligent bin picking & handling, quickly fulfilling the in-bound & out-bound operations.

When the robot system is connected to the MWMS system, it can interact with various logistics equipment, record material information, realize real-time and flexible in-bound & out-bound operations, connect the warehouse with the line side storage, achieve full automation, and avoid the risk of human mistakes.
3. The innovative four-way fork increases the degree of freedom during bin picking & placing. It realizes smooth accessing to the roller line without additional turning action, and improves the overall inbound & outbound efficiency.
4. The system is equipped with an optical communication module, and can run in the absence of wireless network, greatly ensuring the data security of military projects.
5. The robot supports rapid recharging, which realizes a 24-hour uninterrupted operation and greatly enhances the security of the warehouse.
