RDS System New Upgrade! Innovative Integration of 2D Robot Visualization Features

In order to provide users with a better interactive experience, SEER Robotics' Unified Resource Dispatching System (RDS) has innovatively integrated 2D robot visualization capabilities, enhancing the intelligent operation feel with more intuitive visuals.

The RDS system supports the unified management of all robots and factory automation logistics equipment within the plant, featuring stronger collaborative scheduling capabilities, higher safety levels, and lower learning and development barriers. It can achieve seamless interaction across multiple areas, processes, factory districts, equipment, and machine types, realizing comprehensive plant collaborative planning and intelligent scheduling.

As the complexity of smart factory application scenarios increases and the level of intelligence is upgraded, the demand for robot visualization management among customers is also gradually becoming more refined. In response to the actual needs of customers and relying on the strong digital capabilities of SEER Robotics, the RDS system has newly integrated a 2D robot visualization function. This function can meet the visualization needs of customers in a variety of business scenarios, accurately restore the factory environment, and provide real-time updates and feedback on robot-related data and status. It enhances the depth of application, making the visualization management of the factory environment more flexible, more precise, and more personalized, while efficiently managing the entire factory and enhancing the user interaction experience

Dual-template flexible switching to accommodate different role requirements.

The RDS system's visualization module offers two templates to choose from: the Robot Exception Operation template and the Robot Business Execution template. Specific users can switch system templates based on their role requirements.

The Robot Exception Operation template primarily focuses on elements such as robot errors and task exceptions. Combined with the map's 'alarm mode' function, it can quickly locate and resolve error issues, enhancing the efficiency of business execution.

The Robot Business Execution template mainly focuses on elements such as robot efficiency and task completion status. It allows for real-time monitoring of robot dynamics and task progress, enabling users to easily grasp the overall production situation.

Customized, Personalized Visual Digital Factory

The visualization module of the RDS system is equipped with a chart library that includes 16 different types of data charts, covering multi-dimensional key indicators such as robot status distribution, daily order volume, daily execution efficiency, task completion rate, and recent task exceptions. Users can configure data dashboards that meet their business needs based on actual business scenarios.

Additionally, the visualization module offers a variety of selectable robot styles, covering various standard models from SEER Robotics. Users can create a visual digital factory that matches the actual on-site conditions based on their specific business needs.

Moreover, the system supports color customization, allowing users to adjust interface colors according to their company's brand VI, creating a more practical and brand-distinctive visualization system.

One-click display/hide, flexible and user-friendly interface interaction.

To better adapt to users' daily interaction habits, the RDS system has introduced a one-click hide and display feature. Users can conveniently hide or display default information on the map such as robot predicted paths, preset paths, and point clouds.

Additionally, the interface is equipped with chart display switches, allowing users to activate or deactivate the display of various charts according to actual conditions, enabling them to visually manage robot status with a more complete and cleaner interface view.

This feature aims to provide a more flexible interface management method, allowing users to freely choose the information they need to view based on their current work requirements, thereby avoiding unnecessary visual interference.

Scene map Linked updates in real-time, eliminating the need for additional maintenance.

In the usual business scene, there are periodic environmental changes that require updates and adjustments to the scene maps in the robot dispatch system.

The visualization module in the RDS system supports real-time linked updates. The scene map conditions in the system, such as stations and routes, can be automatically updated without the need for users to perform additional configuration operations. This linked update mechanism not only saves manual maintenance time and effort but also ensures the real-time accuracy of map data, minimizing the impact on factory production.

Based on the upgrade of the 2D robot visualization function, the RDS system has not only expanded the product application boundary but also brought a qualitative efficiency improvement for users in actual operations. In the future, the RDS system will continue to explore more possibilities of technology integration, focusing on creating an easier-to-use and more efficient robot dispatch system.
