What is standardization? Standardization means faster implementation for end customers, which has higher requirements for the R&D end. When we are constantly thinking about the goal of how to reduce the end customer's work, it will be a challenge for the enterprise, and these goals and requirements need to be achieved by research and development.

When manufacturing robots, it is inevitable that all kinds of accessories will be involved. Taking laser, servo, and sensor as an example, the brand range involved is very large. In addition, some customers may need secondary development, so how to choose AGV and whether the products meet their own development requirements are both difficult problems.

SEER's flagship product, AMR safety controller, SRC core controller, SRC-3000FS, can solve such problems through the product idea of "integrating upwards and opening downwards". Upward, this product can integrate most brands of lasers, servos, and sensors on the market, making it easy for customers to make their own choices. It can even support 4 drives and motors of a robot to choose different brands, which only needs to be done with one button in the configuration software. Downward, SEER has opened up software and hardware interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, CAN, RS485, ModBus/TCP, API, etc., to facilitate the secondary development of various needs for customers.



SEER can also be adapted to many brands, and the following are the adapted brands.

"Scenario issues are all product issues"

As mentioned earlier, most manufacturers only consider the common divisor of the product, so products produced based on various needs from customers cannot achieve certain functions, which leads to the "customized" problem. And this problem often needs to be solved by the client.

If customer has a rather good car-making ability, then he or she only needs to match the core controller with the lowest cost of SEER to produce a variety of robots. However, if the customer has a low grasp of manufacturing robots, SEER's car body manufacturing partners can still provide a variety of car bodies.
